Terms of Use

Last updated: May 7, 2025

1. Welcome and Agreement

Hey there! Thanks for choosing My Next Thing Today, a project of IOIHAN. By using My Next Thing Today ("the Application") or visiting our website at MyNextThingToday.com, you’re agreeing to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). We’re easy to work with and love hearing from you—in fact, your feedback has helped shape this product into what it is today! If these Terms don’t work for you, we kindly ask that you not use the Application.

2. Use at Your Own Risk

We’ve poured our hearts into making My Next Thing Today a great tool for you, but here’s the thing—it’s software, and sometimes things go wrong. You use the Application at your own risk, and we can’t promise it’ll always work perfectly. That means we’re not responsible for any hiccups, like data loss, interruptions, or errors. We try super hard to prevent these issues (really, we do!), but if something does happen, we’re sorry—we can’t guarantee it won’t. If this isn’t what you’re looking for, please don’t use the app.

3. No Warranties

We’re providing My Next Thing Today "as is" and "as available," which means we can’t make any promises about how it’ll perform. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t guarantee the Application will be error-free, always up and running, or secure. We’ll do our best to keep things smooth, but we can’t promise perfection—or even that we won’t lose your data (though we’ll try our hardest not to!).

4. Acceptable Use

Let’s keep things friendly and respectful! We ask that you be nice online, play nice with others, and act responsibly when using My Next Thing Today. That means no hacking, no malicious behavior, and definitely no using the Application for anything illegal. We’re building a positive community here, and we’d love for you to help us keep it that way.

5. Your Data and Legal Compliance

Your data is yours, and we respect that. We’re here to help you manage your tasks, not to take ownership of your information. However, if authorities request your data as part of a legal process, we’ll comply with their request—so please use the Application responsibly and in accordance with the law.

6. Billing and Refunds

My Next Thing Today offers paid plans, including monthly and annual subscriptions, billed on a calendar month basis. Our annual plan gives you a great deal—essentially 2 months free, as you’re paying for 10 months but getting 12 months of service! You can cancel your subscription anytime, and your account will stay active until the end of the current billing month. For annual plans, if you cancel early, we’ll issue a refund for the remaining full months. Here’s how it works: we take your annual premium, divide it by 12 to get the value of one month, and refund you that amount for each unused full month left in your term. We don’t offer partial month refunds, but if you have any questions, just reach out—we’re happy to help!

7. Intellectual Property

All the content, features, and functionality of My Next Thing Today are owned by My Next Thing Today, an IOIHAN project, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved, but we’re happy to have you use the Application as intended!

8. Feedback and Community

We love hearing from you! Your feedback has been instrumental in building My Next Thing Today, and we’re always eager to hear your ideas, suggestions, or concerns. We’re easy to work with and strive to make this a tool you’ll love using, so don’t hesitate to share your thoughts with us.
