Opt-in per schedule
Board layout is not a whole-app mode. Turn it on for the schedules that benefit—marketing plans, review queues, launch checklists—and leave client deep-work blocks in linear focus.
- Default lanes: New, Doing, Done—or rename to match your flow
- Drag cards on desktop; move with lane controls on mobile
- Optionally hide the complete checkbox when lane position is the signal
