# Quick Notes — Use Cases

## On a client or vendor call

Stickies hold numbers and spellings; the canvas holds who is on the call, action items, or a rough agenda. No second app, no losing the thread when you switch back to Focus.

## Quick brainstorm

Map a user flow or decision tree with symbols and lines. You are not launching a separate diagram app for a sketch that takes two minutes.

## Consultant reference

One page per client: billing contact, standing Zoom link, account numbers on stickies. Your current task stays on Focus; the reference sheet is one tap away.

## Creative / studio workflow

WiFi passwords, render-farm queue notes, vendor support lines, studio extension lists—information that is not a "task" but you need it every week.

## Dual-monitor setups

Park MNTT on screen two with Quick Notes in view mode for passive reference. When you need to edit, open Quick Notes (optionally with primary-monitor snap), update, close, and you are back to your dashboard on the alternate display.

## Tips

- Start with **one page** and a few stickies—you can always add pages later
- Use **view mode** on a side monitor; switch to **Edit** only when updating
- **Notes** (blue FAB) for long journal entries; **Quick Notes** (amber FAB) for numbers and sketches
