# Quick Notes — Overview

**Quick Notes** is your always-available reference board inside MNTT—stickies for numbers and short reminders, optional links, and a multi-page canvas for labels, simple symbols, and quick sketches. It lives beside Focus so you never alt-tab to a whiteboard app for a five-minute brainstorm or hunt through sticky notes on your desk for a support line.

**Quick Notes is not the same as Notes.** Notes (blue FAB) is a rich-text journal for longer writing. Quick Notes (amber FAB) is for glanceable reference: phone extensions, meeting IDs, call scribbles, and rough diagrams.
